My Motherhood by Supermama Britt Lintner

It seems really obvious, but the most important thing to me about Motherhood is ensuring that my kids feel 100% loved all the time.  They are like tanks of fuel.  I can tell immediately when they are running on empty; they act up, whine and generally give me a hard time.  This is usually because I’ve either been working too hard, socializing too much or simply not being centered enough when I am with them.  They are like mirrors, and their behavior is a reflection of mine.

When I sense this happening, I rope everything in.  That means putting in that extra effort — school drop-offs/pick-ups when I can, cancelling meetings and playing tag when it’s the last thing I feel like doing — to get their little souls back on track again, and mine too.  We are so tied together as a result.  They rely on me & I rely on them.

Ps Can you tell from the photo that Motherhood is also about being able to dress your kids in matching outfits?  That episode has finally ended but I got my money’s worth while I could….and I loved it!

  2. May I just say what a comfort to find someone that really
knows what they are discussing on the net. You actually realize how to
bring a problem to light and make it important.

A lot more people need to read this and understand this side of the story.

I was surprised you aren’t more popular because you certainly have the gift.
